If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order (or within 14 days of the date of the first delivery attempt).

If you believe an item to be faulty, or if you have received the wrong item please get in touch by email in the first instance.

Items must be returned in an unused, re-saleable condition in its original packaging within 30 days for a refund, credit note or exchange. We cannot refund the original postage on returned items.

Return shipping is covered by the customer, unless the item is faulty.

Proof of postage must be obtained when returning an item to us, refunds cannot be made on lost returns without proof of postage.


- Custom made/personalised items are non returnable.

- Items bought as 'seconds' or from a 'sale' are non returnable.

- Christmas gifts purchased between 1st November and 23rd December can be returned for an exchange only up until 12th January.
